Helen Marlowe – Director 2015-2021
Hello, my name is Helen and I am one of the Centre Director’s here at RKW. 
​I have been working in the Childcare Industry for the past 22 years.   I believe that the early years are the most influential in extending and enriching children’s development and education; and also in a program that has a foundation of learning through play, both indoors and outdoors, in which children are encouraged to make choices and extend their own learning.
I also recognise the importance of families having the primary influence in a child’s life.  I aim to continually develop and maintain collaborative and open partnerships with all families and as such promote an open door policy.

Kovi Kennedy - Director 2015-2021​
My name is Kovi Kennedy and I would like to introduce myself as one of the Centre Director’s at Ruperstwood Kids World.
​I believe I have a natural aptitude to working within the childcare sector, and in providing a cheerful and fun environment for all who attend our Centre;  which then reflects on the children and staff having a sense of belonging and well being in our environment.
I am very passionate about developing authentic relationships with all of the children, staff and their families which makes us at Rupertswood Kids World one big family unit.
I am conversant with best business practices in childcare having completed my Advanced Diploma In Children’s Services which I extend my knowledge to the best of my ability onto the team. 
​I believe that we all have a part in a child’s life and with us all providing positive guidance a child will learn to grow with much confidence to help in their early stages of life. ​
